Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Order Processing & Handling Time All orders are processed and verified within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process or ship orders on weekends, U.S. federal holidays, or official public holidays. Order processing includes information verification, inventory checking, quality inspection, and overseas warehouse arrangement before dispatch.
Shipping Coverage We currently provide shipping services only to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses. All products are delivered via professional U.S. local logistics carriers specialized in large furniture transportation to ensure shipping safety.
Delivery Timeframe Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after order dispatch. Delivery time is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occur due to logistics peak seasons, extreme weather conditions, carrier operational adjustments, or unforeseen transportation issues.
Large Item Delivery Rules Our products mainly include oversized furniture such as bed frames and decorative mirrors. All large items require standard curbside delivery service. The logistics carrier will deliver the package to the curbside outside your residential address. Indoor delivery, installation, and upstairs delivery services are not included by default.
Shipping Information & Tracking Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and logistics information to your registered email address. You may track your delivery status in real time via the corresponding logistics official website. Please ensure your delivery address, zip code and contact phone number are accurate and complete to avoid delivery failure or return.
Delivery Inspection & Signature Customers are required to inspect the package appearance, packaging integrity and item condition upon receiving the goods. Please check for damage, missing parts or defective issues before signing for the package. Any visible damage or abnormality must be recorded and reported to our customer service immediately with photos or video evidence. Signed delivery confirms that the item is received in good condition, and no appearance damage claim will be accepted afterwards.
Undeliverable & Returned Shipments If the package is returned due to incorrect address, unreachable contact information, customer refusal to sign, or long-term unclaimed status caused by customers, the return shipping fee and secondary reshipping fee shall be borne by the customer. We reserve the right to charge relevant logistics costs or cancel the order and deduct corresponding fees for such situations.
Shipping Liability Exclusion We are not liable for delivery delays, package loss or damage caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, traffic control, logistics carrier suspension, epidemic control policies and other uncontrollable factors.
