Items must be unused, undamaged, and kept in original packaging with all accessories and parts. A valid purchase receipt is required.

Shipping Fee Rule
Buyers cover return shipping for voluntary returns. We cover shipping fees for defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items.
Damaged & Wrong Items
Please check your goods upon arrival. Contact us right away if your bed frame or mirror is broken, defective or missing parts. Photos or videos of damages are required for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance goods, gift cards, custom products, artificially damaged goods and fully assembled bed frames cannot be returned.
Exchange & Refund
We do not offer direct exchange. Please complete the return process and place a new order if you need a replacement.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for your bank to complete the refund processing.
